Mail2Share 5.1 is the easiest to deploy SharePoint e-mail management application in the market right now. Based on an innovative approach, the version 5.1 comes into one single MSI package deployable via GPO (Group Policy Object) or Microsoft System Center.

There is NO Microsoft Office PIA (Primary Interop Assembly) or VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office) required!

Email & Attachment Drag-and-Drop

Emails and attachments can be easily moved or copied to SharePoint libraries and folders through drag-and-drop or using Outlook business rules. Message fields are instantly captured and mapped with SharePoint columns. Users can set content types and apply custom metadata, then save e-mails as .msg files that have an automatically generated unique name.

Synchronization
