Mail2Share is the easiest to deploy SharePoint e-mail management
application among all the products in the market right now. Based
on an innovative approach, the version comes into one single MSI
package deployable via GPO (Group Policy Object). There are NO
Microsoft Office PIA (Primary Interop Assembly) or VSTO (Visual
Studio Tools for Office) required!
Mail2Share allows Power Users (e.g. Project Managers, Head of
Department, Supervisors) to add & manage libraries that are
“pushed” to all other users based on their profiles
(e.g. Legal, Financial, Project Management).
Profiles are chosen by users at the Mail2Share start-up and
let them automatically make available specific libraries in
their Mail2Share store in Outlook.
Mail2Share can be configured to allow users to accept all or
part of the proposed libraries.
